The Monitoring Fee includes: 

• Ability to schedule testing to fit your schedule`

• Reminders if you have missed a test or need to retest.

• Notification if you have tested positive.

• Monthly Reports provided to you and whomever you designate.

• Access to a weekly online support group and sobriety resources.

In order to show a strong and accurate record of your sobriety, each client signs a twelve-month contract with ASCEND, which automatically extends unless canceled.  In order to create new habits, including making commitments, planning, perseverance and follow through, ASCEND strongly encourages members to make this minimum commitment.
